Kevin L. Lathrop, Sr., age 55, of Rock Falls, died Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at his home.

Kevin was born June 19, 1957 in Kewanee the son of Edward and Joanne (Robinson) Lathrop. He married Suzanne Petrie on November 25, 1998 in Loveland, Colo. He was employed at CGH Medical Center in Patient Access as an ER Registration Clerk and was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Rock Falls.

Survivors include his wife of Rock Falls; one daughter, Sarah Hall of Rock Falls and two sons, Kevin Lathrop, Jr. and Lee Lathrop.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be Friday, February 1, 2013 from 1 – 2 PM at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Rock Falls. Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, February 1, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the church with Msgr. Thomas Dzielak officiating. Arrangements were completed by McDonald Funeral Homes.
