WALNUT – Lois Ann Williamson, 88, of Rock Falls died on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Walnut Manor. Lois was born on February 1, 1931, the daughter of Arthur and Evelyn (Helms) Berge. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sterling, where she assisted with funeral dinners. Lois volunteered and donated many gallons of blood to the American Red Cross. She enjoyed sewing, reading, and simply loved to talk!

Survivors include one daughter, Sharon (Denny) Taylor of Wyanet; two sisters, Phyllis (Clair) Simpson, and Janice (Jim) Wiemken, both of Rock Falls; two brothers, Ronald Berge of Roscoe, and Cliff (Margaret) Berge of Rock Falls; 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren, with a fourth soon to be born; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Lois is preceded in death by her parents; husband Eugene Williamson; and one great-grandson, Michael Howdle.

Visitation will be from 9:00-11:00am on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at McDonald Funeral Home, Rock Falls. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor Kathy Burkheimer officiating. Burial will conclude at Coloma Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
