Jereme (Chones) Jerike Pettorini, age 37 of Lanark, died Sunday, February 02, 2014 at CGH Medical Center.

Jereme was born on April 8, 1976 in Morrison to Thomas A. and Carrie L. (Funderburgh) Pettorini. He married Kimberly Bruckner on November 4, 2011 in Morrison.

Survivors include, his wife Kim of Lanark; his mother, Carrie (Ron Ottjepka) of Amboy; two children, Wesley and Montana; Several aunts, uncles and cousins and his special friends of the L. F. G.

He was preceded in death by his father and his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 4:00-6:00 P.M. at the McDonald Funeral Home in Milledgeville.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his memory.
