James "Jim" Franklin Dublo, age 84 of Mesa, Arizona, formerly of Milledgeville, died Saturday, March 18, 2017 at home.

Jim was born on November 10, 1932 in Tamaroa, IL, the son of Stanley and Iona (Keller) Dublo. He married Lela May Johnson on December 20, 1952 in Sterling. She preceded him in death on February 2, 2017. He farmed for many years then was employed by General Electric in Morrison for 15 years until retirement.

He is survived by his son, Rod (Leanne) Dublo of Milledgeville; his daughter, Vicky (Kevin) Workman of Mesa, AZ; two sisters, Frances (Rod) Williamson of Sterling and Betty McPherson of Furrem, VA; one brother, Charlie Wayne (Phyllis) Dublo of Sterling; four grandchildren, Kimberly (Mark) Giese, Mark (Sheila) Dublo, Michelle Workman and Amber (Eric) Durnal; four great grandchildren, Dillon Giese, Drake Dublo, Alexis Dublo and Harleigh Durnal and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; his son, Tommy Dublo; two sisters, Connie Royer and Marie Radake and four brothers, Richard, Stanley, Claude and Danny Dublo.

Visitation will be Friday, March 31, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls, 1002 12th Avenue. Funeral service will be Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Lyndon Township Cemetery in Lyndon.
