Frances R. Anzelmo, age 58, of Rock Falls, died Saturday, August 11, 2018 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling.

Frances was born October 7, 1959 in Sterling the daughter of James and Marilyn (Purvis) Seeley. She married John Anzelmo on September 29, 2006. Frances was very involved in her church, was an avid reader, enjoyed making jewelry and blankets, and loved riding horses and motorcycles. She was a hunter safety instructor for the DNR, enjoyed hunting with John and going to the Sinnissippi Gun Club.

Survivors include her husband, John of Rock Falls; three daughters, Angela (Eric) Carlson of Mt. Morris, Amee Slocum of Chandler, Ariz. and Jessica Anzelmo of Nashville, Tenn.; two sisters, Kandy (Michael) Seguin of Round Rock, Texas and Diana (Tom Crawford) Lynn of Rapid City, S.D.; two brothers, Keefe (Lori) Seeley of Kerrville, Texas and Russ (Chris) Hayes of Cleveland,Texas; one sister-in-law, Grace Anzelmo of Nashville, Tenn.; and eight grandchildren, Nicholas, William, Tayla, Jacob, Jamie, Alexander, Cameron and Michaela.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services will be Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Cross Trail Church, 1119 10th Avenue in Rock Falls with Pastor Rich Vanausdoll officiating. Motorcycle parking is available at the church.

A memorial has been established. A plant exchange will take place at the church so if you bring a live plant, please take a different one home with you after the service.
