Frances "Franny" Clevenger, 67 of Rock Falls died Monday September 17, 2018 at Rock River Hospice and Home in Sterling.
She was born on October 19, 1950 in West Helena, AR the daughter of Robert L. and Nora G. (Calloway) Williams. She married Eddie R. Clevenger on December 2, 1967 in Hannibal, MO. Franny had worked as a manager of the Rock Falls McDonald's, for 15 years before retiring. She had enjoyed bowling in past and was an avid reader.
Survivors include her husband, Eddie; her children: Marty (Brenda) Clevenger, Misty Clevenger and Mandy Clevenger (Noe Ramirez); her father Robert L. Williams; her sisters: Linda Kay Stull and Robbie Williams (Jim Wagenecht); her brother Tom (Ruth) Golden; her nine grandchildren: Keishia Parker, Kaitlyn Velazquez, Paige De la Fuente, Dallas Clevenger, Jordan Clevenger, Paul Phillips, Jessica Clevenger, Dawson Woodyatt and Corinne Frances Clevenger; and 3 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nora; her grandson Logan Parker.

Visitation will take place on Thursday September 20, 2018 from 4/6 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home, 1002 12th Avenue in Rock Falls. The funeral will follow on Friday at 10 AM at the funeral home with the Reverend Dalmus Meeks officiating. Burial will conclude at Oak Knoll Memorial Park in Sterling.

In lieu of flowers memorials to American Cancer Society or Cystic Fibrosis Research.
