Frances Real, 66, of Sterling, IL, died Tuesday, April 5th, at CGH Medical Center in Sterling.
She was born on August 12, 1955 in San Diego, California, to Albert and Mary (Bartel) Real. They precede her in death. She attended St. Mary's and Newman Schools before graduating in 1973 from Milledgeville High School.
Survivors include her three sons, Chris (Brooke) Ballard of Decatur, IL, T.J. (Krista) Ballard of Dixon, IL, and Nick Ballard of Fayetteville, TN; one brother, Joe (Karen) Real of Rock Falls, IL; three sisters, Jean (Tim) Livengood of Milledgeville, IL, Mary (Mike) Saathoff of Sterling, IL, and Kathy Torres of Mt. Carroll, IL,; and her grandchildren, Raegan, Renee, Dean and Bria.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 10:00 AM until Noon at the McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
