Evelyn "Jean" Parker, age 95, of Fulton, died Monday, November 16, 2015 at The Alverno Health Care Facility.

Jean was born July 25, 1920 in Albany the daughter of William and Mary (Leahy) Hurley. She married James F. Parker on November 17, 1945 in Morrison. He preceded her in death on June 10, 1993. She was employed as a cook at Fulton Middle School for 15 years. Jean was a lifetime member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Albany. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, playing cards and cooking.

Survivors include her three sons, Paul (Donna) Parker of Fulton, Robert (Mary Jo) Parker of Fredericksburg, Va. and Kevin (Cindy) Parker of Henderson, Nev.; seven grandchildren, Amy Parker, Ryan (Megan) Parker, Kim (Mike) Parker, Chad Parker, Kurt (Jaime) Parker, Sean (Renee) Parker and Kayla Parker; and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; one son, Lawrence; and ten siblings.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 10:00 AM – noon at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Albany. Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at noon at the church with Reverend Matthew Camaioni, officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery in Fulton.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her memory.
