MORRISON – Donna J. Willman, age 89, died Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Resthave Home in Morrison.
Donna was born on November 1, 1928 in Sterling the daughter of Emery and Marie (Rieger) McNeil. She married Chester O. Reglin on January 9, 1948 in Sycamore. He died on January 21, 1967. Donna later married Fred L. "Jiggs" Willman on February 17, 1979 in Missouri. He died on January 1, 2017. She was in the first graduating class of the Sterling School of Beauty and owned and operated a beauty salon in her house for several years. Donna enjoyed traveling, attending stock car races for many years and a founding member of the Rock River Riders. She was a member of the Rock Falls United Methodist Church.
Survivors include, two daughters, Janet (Syd) Curtis of N.C. and Jill (Tony) Sosi of Rock Falls; one son, Terry (Kay) Reglin of Fla.; two step-daughters, Denise Church and Dennette Kolb; one step-son, Dan (Kathy) Willman; two sisters, Lois Thoman and Joan Schrader; six grandchildren, Tyler Reglin, Terrell Reglin, Chet Dixon, Collyn Hurst, Luigi Sosi and Anna Harrison; three great grandchildren, Teagan and Bodhi Hurst and Oak Harrison.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Ronald Reglin; one sister, Ruth Duden; one step-son, David Willman.
Visitation will be Monday, January 15, 2018 at the McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM with Chaplain Don Johnston of Beacon of Hope Hospice officiating. Private family burial will take place at Oak Knoll Memorial Park, Sterling at a later date.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the Rock Falls United Methodist Church.
