Dina (Urrutia) Rodriguez, age 46, of Sterling, died Saturday, June 1, 2019, at CGH Medical Center in Sterling Illinois.

Dina was born March 20, 1973, in Sterling the daughter of Steven and Lynda (Espinoza) Urrutia. Dina worked for eight years in Human Resources at East Aurora School District. She enjoyed singing karaoke.

Survivors include her mother: Lynda Urrutia; her children: Anthony "Tony" Urrutia, Adriana "AJ" Rodriguez, Emilio "Chico" Reyes, Emma "Goosey" Reyes, Cassandra Urrutia; her siblings: Lisa Urrutia, Steven (Mireya) Urrutia, Kelly Urrutia, Kari (Jeremiah) Fox; and her three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, her paternal and maternal grandparents.

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 9-11 AM followed by a memorial service at 11 AM at the McDonald Funeral Home, 505 1st Avenue in Sterling Illinois. The Reverend Scott Porter will officiate.
