Charles M. Lalley, age 74, of Lyndon, died Monday, October 14, 2019 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling.

Charles was born July 2, 1945 in Augusta, Ga. the son of Charles F. and Clara (Rosenbulm) Lalley. He served in the US Army and later married LuRe Sibley on June 27, 1970 in Prophetstown. Charles was employed at Sterling Steel Ball for 40 years.

He is survived by his wife, LuRe Lalley of Lyndon; one daughter, LuResha McGinnis of Lyndon; one son, Allen (Lisa) Lalley of Lyndon; three grandchildren, Ashley McGinnis, Cory McGinnis and Brooke Lalley; and one great grandchild, Lars Armstrong.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Patricia Ann Lalley.

Cremation rites will be accorded and there are no services. Burial at Lyndon Cemetery will take place at a later date.
