Brian Kenneth Folkers, 57 of Bettendorf, died Thursday, January 21, 2021 at his home.

Brian was born on March 11, 1963, the son of Kenneth Folkers and Patricia (Pfeffer) Jones. He was employed at Arconic Inc. for many years. Brian was outgoing and energetic, and was a friend to many. He loved his Harley and going to bike week and Sturgis. He enjoyed traveling to Florida and Las Vegas whenever he could.

He is survived by one son, Michael Folkers of MN; one daughter, Haleigh Folkers of Rock Falls; one brother, Brad Folkers (Karen Harper) of Rock Falls; four grandchildren, Jaryd, Aubry, Landyn and MaKenzie; and nephew and nieces, Andrew, Ashlen and Addysen Folkers.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Camron.

Masks and social distancing will be enforced for a visitation allowing 50 people at a time, on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 from 4:00-7:00 P.M. at the McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Oak Knoll Memorial Park in Sterling.
