Brad D. Boyungs, age 63, died at his home Sunday, March 31, 2019.

Brad was born on January 3, 1956 in Sterling the son of Richard and LaMeda (Willett) Boyungs. He married Jeani Frump on November 30, 1979 in Sterling. Brad was employed as Installation Supervisor with Metal Erectors in Woodstock for 30 years. He loved watching NASCAR, Drag Racing, playing Pool and fishing with his kids and grandkids.

Survivors include his wife, Jeani Boyungs of Rock Falls; one daughter, Kari (Derek) Meiners of Sterling; two sons, Shane Boyungs of Milan and Eric Boyungs of Rock Falls; four sisters, Sherry Reitzel of Sterling, Lynn Pfister of Dixon, Pamela Dustin of Waldron, Ark. and Jill (Denny) Fullmer of Rock Falls; four brothers, Ed (Cheryl) Rein of Orlando, Fla., Stephen (Linda) Rein of Woodstock, Craig (Minerva) Boyungs and Barry Boyungs both of Colorado Springs, Colo.; six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister; two brothers.

Cremation rites have been accorded. There are no services.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
