Barbara J. Gillette, age 58, died Thursday, April 12, 2018 at CGH Medical Center, Sterling.

Barbara was born on July 19, 1959 in Sterling the daughter of Richard and Dorothy (Jones) Gillette. She married Michael W. Greeno on November 5, 1977 in Lyndon. Barb later married Phil Kuehl in May of 2001. She was co-owner and operator of Kuehl's Pub in Prophetstown for several years.

Barb was an amazing; woman whose kindness and compassion touched the hearts of many. She would do anything in her power to help those in need and she dearly loved her friends and family.

Survivors include her fiance', Bob Livingston of Prophetstown; one daughter, Andrea (Jesse) Haferbier of Clinton, Iowa; one son, Michael Greeno of Lyndon; one biological granddaughter, Zailey Greeno of Lyndon; and 15 others that she was proud to call her grandchildren as well.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:00 PM -2:00 PM Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the McDonald Funeral Home in Prophetstown. Cremation rites have been accorded.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
