Alice M. Brunk, 84 of Rock Falls, died Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Rock River Hospice and Home in Sterling.

Alice was born on May 15, 1936 in Green Castle, Missouri, the daughter of Ida (Wildman) Adams. She married Paul Brunk on April 15, 1955 in Prophetstown. Alice was a registered nurse and worked at CGH Medical Center for about 15 years. She was a wonderful seamstress and quilter. Alice was a member of the Rock Falls United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Paul; two sons, Randy Brunk of Rock Falls and Jeff Brunk of Hanover Park, IL; three daughters, Kathy (Jim) Tomaszewski of Glenview, IL, Carol Brunk of KY and Connie (Robert) Griffiths of Franklin, WI; three sisters, Louise Temple, Leona Adams and Ruth Brylski; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her mother; one grandson, Paul Griffiths and one brother, Paul Adams.

Due to the current pandemic, visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 for family only at the McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls.
